Konica KM1024i MHE-D Inkjet Head 13PL – OEM Original

The Konica Minolta KM1024i MHE-D Printhead is a robust, shear-mode, piezo on-demand printhead engineered for high-speed and high-precision inkjet printing. It features an All-Nozzle Independent Drive System with a Multi-Line Structure, enabling simultaneous firing from all 1024 nozzles. Unlike the traditional 3-cycle system drive, this advanced independent drive system ensures superior jetting stability and high-definition output.

With 4 rows of 256 nozzles precisely aligned, the KM1024i MHE-D achieves excellent positioning accuracy, resulting in sharper image quality. It also offers a maximum drive frequency of 45 kHz, nearly three times faster than the previous KM1024 Series, making it ideal for single-pass inkjet printers designed for industrial-level, high-speed production.

This printhead is recognized as Agfa part number D2+755020600085 / 7550206-0008 and is the original Konica Minolta part. It is widely used in Agfa Anapurna printers (white ink with KM1024LNB, color ink with KM1024i MHE) and is compatible with several other printer models. The Konica 6988H and Konica Revo-H can serve as replacements, though different head types should not be mixed in a single printer.

The KM1024i MHE-D is also environmentally conscious, using only about one-third of the petroleum-derived materials and toxic chemicals compared to the KM1024 Series, while maintaining the same nozzle surface area.
