Original Konica KM1024 MHB 14PL Inkjet Printhead

The Konica Minolta KM1024 MH Printhead (MHB, 14PL) is a robust shear-mode, piezo on-demand printhead that supports both binary and 8-level greyscale printing. It delivers variable drop sizes and superior print quality without requiring additional printheads. Compared to the KM512 series, the KM1024 MH offers twice the print width and double the greyscale levels, making it ideal for high-precision, wide-format, and industrial printing applications.

Konica Minolta piezo on-demand heads operate at lower voltages than many other inkjet heads, and the advanced actuator in the KM1024 MH further reduces power consumption while maintaining consistent performance. The printhead features 1024 nozzles (512 per line) with a 14 picolitre droplet size and 360 dpi native resolution.

Equipped with an integrated heater, the KM1024 MH is ideal for UV inks but also fully compatible with solvent inks. Also known as the Konica Minolta KM1024 MHB, this genuine OEM printhead includes the Head ID and necessary waveform information, and comes with a manufacturer warranty.
