The Konica Minolta KM1024i MAE-C printhead is a robust, shear-mode, piezo on-demand printhead designed with an All-Nozzle Independent Drive System and a Multi-Line Structure. Unlike the traditional 3-cycle system, this advanced drive system enables simultaneous firing from all 1024 nozzles, delivering superior speed and precision.

With 4 lines of 256 nozzles arranged at high density and accuracy, the KM1024i MAE-C ensures excellent positioning for high-definition print quality. It supports a maximum drive frequency of 27 kHz, making it an ideal choice for developing single-pass inkjet printers capable of high-speed production.

As part of Konica Minolta’s Green Product initiative, the KM1024i MAE-C uses only about one-third of the petroleum-derived materials and harmful chemicals compared to the previous KM1024 series, without compromising performance.
