New Spectra Galaxy JA 256/30 AAA Print Head

The Spectra Galaxy JA 256/30 AAA Printhead is a high-performance, robust, and reliable jetting assembly designed for a wide range of wide-format printers, supporting resolutions up to 900 dpi.

It is built with two electrically independent piezoelectric slices, each providing 128 addressable channels and connected with two separate cables, resulting in a total of 256 nozzles. The nozzles are arranged in a single line with a native spacing of 0.010 inches (254 microns), ensuring precise ink placement and consistent printing quality.

The jetting assembly features a top-mounted fluid interface and electrical connection, supporting multiple mounting configurations for flexible integration. It also incorporates serial-to-parallel converters, allowing jets to be fired either simultaneously or individually depending on the application.

This model is compatible with a wide range of inks, including organic solvents, UV-curable, and aqueous inks, making it versatile for different industrial printing requirements.
