The Mimaki JF Print Head Assembly is an advanced on-demand piezoelectric inkjet printhead designed for industrial applications that require exceptional print quality.

Unlike conventional binary printheads, this grayscale technology can jet multiple drops within a single dot, producing up to 16 levels of grey. Each dot is formed with ink droplets ranging from 6 pico litre to 90 pico litre, ensuring smooth gradations, sharp detail, and high-resolution output.

The assembly features 2 ink inlet ports and a robust chassis with a built-in water channel and complete sealing for easy temperature control and reliable performance. It includes the CA4 printhead, compression damper, and damper cover, along with clear assembly instructions.
