KJ4A-TA Series Kyocera Printhead 600 dpi UV Inkjet

The Kyocera KJ4A-TA printhead series is designed for UV-curable and other high-viscosity inks, making it ideal for labels, packaging, signage graphics, offset surprint, and other industrial printing applications. This is a 600 dpi single-color printhead with a maximum drive frequency of 20 kHz, delivering precise and high-quality printing.

With 2,656 nozzles arranged across a 108.25 mm print swathe at 0.042 mm pitch, it produces small drop volumes of 6 pl at speeds up to 50 m/min, resulting in 30,000 drops per second. The complete part number is KJ4A-TA06AT.

The KJ4A-TA printhead is equipped with internal filters to remove foreign particles in the ink and an internal heater to stabilize the effect of external temperatures.
